Supplement recommendation

I met my nutrition and supplementation mentor, Dr Eric Serrano, MD, in 1997. He was already helping world record holders, Olympic medalists, and professional athletes in all sports with nutrition and supplementation. He was also formulating nutrients for major supplement companies. He was the first to have a patent on BCAAs.  Entire NFL teams have hired him to do their nutrition and supplementation and have gone on to win Super Bowls. Individual athletes pay him $30,000 per year to monitor their health, nutrition, and supplementation, such as Derek Jeter when he was playing with the Yankees. That being said, he also fixes the sickest in the country who are told by other doctors that there is no help. He has an 80% success rate with them.  By the way, I do this too for much less money! He is not just a mentor but a friend to this day as well.

 

At a bare minimum, ALL need the following
