Influencers!

The good, the bad, and the ugly!

  • The GOOD is they are bringing awareness to health and wellness.

  • Influencers are good-looking, speak well, and usually have a good backstory

  • That does not mean that they know anything about nutrition, biochemistry, physiology, health, or wellness.

  • Mant time they are N=1 which means a self-experiment worked for them but it does not mean that it will work for you. It's not a 1 size fits all world!

  • Most if not all of the time they are trying to sell you something. I have no problem with people making money. BUT I do have a problem with influencers making product claims that are not true or greatly exagerated. I will do future videos and blog posts on some of these supplements.

  • It's unfortunate but many Influencers are trying to take money out of your pocket and put it into their pocket.
